  4. Review. We review the arrangement together periodically and adjust as your needs change.

IT support keeps the lights on and fixes problems. A technology partner looks ahead, setting direction, making sure investments pay off, managing suppliers (including support), and giving you senior advice when decisions come up.

How much time would you spend with us?

It varies with your needs. It's typically a small number of days a month, with flexibility around busy periods such as a system selection or major project.

Can we start with a shorter commitment?

Yes. Many partnerships begin after a Technology Review, when there's a clear roadmap to deliver. We keep commitments short and let the value speak for itself.

Will you attend board or management meetings?

If that's helpful, yes. Clear, jargon-free updates for owners and boards are a core part of the role.
