Do we need bespoke software?

Not always, and we'll tell you if you don't. Many needs can be met by configuring an existing product or connecting the tools you already use. Bespoke software makes sense when your process is a genuine advantage, or when off-the-shelf options force too many workarounds.

Who owns the software you build?

You do. We agree ownership of code and data in writing at the start, and we build with mainstream, well-supported technologies so you're never locked in to us.

What happens after it goes live?

We offer ongoing support and improvement if you'd like it, and we document what we build so that any competent developer could pick it up.

Our current system was built by someone who's moved on. Can you help?

Yes. Independent reviews of existing software are a common starting point. We assess its condition, risks and options, then recommend whether to stabilise, improve or replace it.
